Yes, every project is engineered to meet your specific local building codes, wind/snow/seismic loads, and permit requirements. We do not sell generic "kits." Our qualified structural engineers use advanced digital design tools (Tekla, Revit, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) to provide fully tailored solutions. We supply complete structural drawings suitable for local permit submissions, and we address any permit-review comments as part of our engineering scope.

We eliminate this risk through absolute contract transparency. We fix all critical specifications—including section sizes, steel grades, plate thickness, coating systems, and design loads—directly in the contract documents. We provide downloadable specification sheets for your project, and these values are contractually binding for production. Our stringent international quality management system tracks everything from raw material sourcing to final fabrication.

As an integrated EPC provider, we follow a structured execution model. For every project, we assign a dedicated, single-point-of-contact Project Manager. We tie payment stages to clear milestones (engineering freeze, procurement, fabrication, shipment) and provide regular progress reports tied to a Gantt schedule. Every design decision takes container loading optimization into account to minimize your shipping costs. Components are carefully packed and sequenced for safe transport and easy on-site unloading. For installation, we design for buildability, providing complete construction drawings and installation manuals. We can also dispatch engineers for on-site installation guidance upon request.

Because we provide comprehensive engineering solutions rather than standard parts, we do not have a strict piece-count MOQ. We focus on complete building projects, structural framework packages, or full EPC solutions. Pricing is transparently tailored based on design complexity, total steel tonnage, steel grade, and specific project requirements.
